Record Index

Record index stores records of individuals, including their face and body's photo and vehicle records, including their photo, license plate number or related information.

Create and View Records
_____________________________

To create a record, do the following:

#. Navigate to the :guilabel:`Record Index` tab in the application menu.
#. Select the type of records – ``Individuals`` or ``Vehicles``.
#. Tap :guilabel:`+`.

#. Specify the record name. If necessary, add a comment.
#. Check a watch list for the record (or several watch lists).
#. Check :guilabel:`Active`. If a record is inactive, it is excluded from monitoring.
#. For the individual records on the :guilabel:`Faces` section attach images of the individual's face and on the :guilabel:`Bodies` section attach images of the individual's body. Supported formats: WEBP, JPG, BMP, PNG, HEIC. You can choose an image from the library or take a photo.

#. For the vehicle records on the :guilabel:`Vehicles` tab, attach corresponding images. Also check a watch list for the record (or several watch lists) and specify the license plate number, if needed.

#. Tap :guilabel:`Save` to save the record.

You can also view and edit all the Records created in `FindFace Multi <https://docs.ntechlab.com/projects/ffmulti/en/2.1/>`_. To edit the record, tap it in the list, then – |edit_en|. Update the record to apply your modifications.

Filter Records
_________________________

You can filter records by watch lists. Tap |filter| on the :guilabel:`Record Index` tab and select the watch list of your interest.
