Once you have successfully :ref:`installed <deploy_remove>` FindFace CIBR mobile application, it's time to open it, and get started. In this chapter, you can find a recommended sequence of steps that will help you harness your system's base functionality.

Gear Up for Work
-----------------------

Perform the primary configuration of your system:

#. Make sure the `remote alerting <https://docs.ntechlab.com/projects/ntech-lab-sp-findface/en/2.1.1/remote_alerting_search.html>`_ is enabled and configured in your FindFace CIBR instance. 
#. :ref:`Log into <authorization>` your system.
