Troubleshoot MongoDB distribution

The Video Recorder operation requires a third-party software MongoDB.

Note

MongoDB – document-oriented database management system.

Currently, it is not possible to install MongoDB from a public repository on the area of Russia and Belarus. If you are located in these countries and intend to use the Video Recorder functionality, you need to install manually the MongoDB database from the deb package before performing any FindFace Multi deployment procedure.

Do the following:

Install the MongoDB distribution package provided by technical support using the command:
```
sudo dpkg -i <mongodb-repo-bionic-4.4_2022.06.10_amd64>.deb
```
Deploy FindFace Multi including the Video Recorder by one of the following ways:

When deploying from Console Installer, answer «No» to the question «Do you want to install NtechLab VMS?». After you’ve done that, Deploy Video Recorder step-by-step.
When deploying from Console Installer, answer «Yes» to the question «Do you want to install NtechLab VMS?» to install Video Recorder.
